21-Day Return Policy

At MANOUNE, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 21 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

✅ Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Pierced jewelry (like earrings or belly rings) is not returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

📦 How to Return:

  1. Email us at manoune.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund or credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
